I began my home search by having a conversation with Matthew about my wants, nice-to-haves, and non-negotiables, including desired neighborhoods and budget. He listened attentively and using his expertise in the fast paced and ever changing market helped to set realistic expectations on what was out there and what neighborhoods and type of properties would fit within my budget and desires. He then went to work diligently searching for properties for me to view online. For those properties we viewed in person he seamlessly facilitated each appointment and afterwards checked in to see what I liked and disliked and modified the search as needed. As a first time buyer he was a wealth of knowledge for my many questions about the offer and closing processes and scenario planning. During the offer process he listened to my concerns and used his expertise in crafting a strong offer that didn’t sacrifice my buyer contingencies that would help to standout in the sea of offers in a crowded market. Once under contract he and his team deftly facilitated the closing processes and made sure to answer all of my questions on what documents I was signing and what the next steps were along the road to close. Overall I would highly recommend Matthew for all your realtor needs due to his professionalism, market expertise, and excellent communication and negotiation skills.
